A paid diagnostic day where I deep-dive into your finances and deliver a clear report on what I’d focus on first. You’ll walk away with actionable insight whether we work together ongoing or not.

Most clients start with a retained engagement of 2 days a month and scale up as priorities become clear — typically settling around a day a week. Flexible, practical, and built around what your business actually needs.

About Jon
I’m Jon Fellows, founder of Additional Financial Consultants and a qualified FCCA finance leader.
I’ve spent my career in senior finance roles — leading teams, building reporting frameworks, delivering transformation and sitting in the boardrooms where financial data drives decisions. I’ve worked with PE-backed businesses, led shared services at scale and repeatedly stepped into organisations where finance needed tightening up and left them in a better place.
I set up Additional Financial Consultants because I kept seeing the same thing: the businesses that needed senior finance thinking the most — the ones scaling from £3m to £15m — were the ones who couldn’t justify a full-time FD. So they went without.
I’m here to fill that gap. Part-time role, full-time impact. Calm, commercial judgement and a focus on what matters most — not theory, not jargon, just practical clarity.
