Contact and enquiry data When you complete the contact form or book a discovery call via Calendly, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress a potential working relationship.

Lead magnet downloads When you request our free resource (“5 Signs You’ve Outgrown Your Finance Setup”), we collect your name and email address via our website form. We use this to deliver the resource and send a follow-up email sequence relevant to the content you requested.

Legal basis: Consent — you actively request the resource and provide your details to receive it.

Email communications If you have downloaded our resource or contacted us, we may send you follow-up emails relevant to financial leadership for growing businesses. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We will stop emailing you immediately if you unsubscribe.

Legal basis: Consent (for lead magnet subscribers) / Legitimate interests (for direct enquiries).

Analytics data With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website — pages viewed, time on site, and traffic sources. This data does not identify you personally. We use it to understand how our website is performing and improve its content.

HubSpot CRM We use HubSpot to manage contact records for people who have enquired about our services or downloaded our resources. Data held in HubSpot includes name, email address, and records of any communications. HubSpot is a US-based service operating under EU-US Data Privacy Framework protections.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests — managing business relationships and communications.

3. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and contact data for 2 years from last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. We keep email subscriber data until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default). HubSpot records are kept for 2 years from last interaction.
